Launched with bugs from the previous 2 games... and somehow overtime has got worse with bugs.

My current favourite is dropping 10 places at grid start from a 3 place grid penalty.

You can see there is a good game here, and even now it ticks some of the boxes... but in its current state it's far too restrictive and time consuming. You'll spend 2-3 hours researching how to unite half of Europe, only to realise you can't unit with the rest of Europe unless you edit the game files. Great game concept that's been over complicated for no real reason.

Mindflayers did nothing wrong

Was a great game at launch, felt like it was fitting a nice niche in the genre... but that was the high point.
It's had nothing but baffling updates and questionable balance changes since then, driving most players away (except the hardcore few).

Damn shame.

Back in the day this game was a good laugh with your friends...

Good times (and yes it going F2P is a slight kick in the nuts for those who paid).
