I can definitively say that this game is my favorite game ever made. This game has brought my favorite trilogy of games in one complete package. In my opinion this is the definitive way to play the trilogy. There is no reason to play the originals anymore unless you are using them to show the improvements of the remasters. There is nothing I can say is better in the originals. Mass Effect 1 looks better and plays better in every way imaginable while still having some of the original charm and feel, it's just all refined. The Mako is no longer a chore to use and is actually very fun and enjoyable to use. The gun play feels more powerful and more accurate but still has the feel of the original with the overheating and rng with the accuracy and that is exactly how I wanted it to be. The graphics look incredible. All of the environments have been improved upon and added to and they feel so much more real. The player camera is infinitely better than it was in the original. The camera no longer fights you while you are in combat as well as you can still see your character while aiming from cover. The character models all look amazing, there is so much detail in every piece of armor. The characters have so much more depth and small things that just bring them to life. The remaster also fixed countless bugs from the original, specifically the character and squad models don't turn into pixelated blobs while on Noveria anymore. The load times and the elevator rides have been perfected. The remaster took what the original game was and perfected it. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Mass Effect 2 and 3 remastered have a lot less improvement then the first because they did not need as much work as the first game did. The changes are more minor and are more quality of life fixes and improvements. First of all both games have the same graphical enhancements as the first game did. Mass Effect 2 and 3 already looked great and still held up today but with the texture and effect improvements from the remasters they just look even better. The gun play in Mass Effect 2 has been changed very slightly to make it feel more accurate which was an amazing improvement. The most notable changes to Mass Effect 2 and 3 though are the bug fixes. There are countless bug fixes to both games. Those games were notorious for their weird bugs and glitches and I can say that I did not experience the majority of the bugs that I had from the original games. Some improvements that apply to all 3 games are the conversation flow improvements. Conversations feel much more natural and there is so much less pause in between dialogue between characters and that is a great thing to see. Another universal improvement to the trilogy is the amount of cover in combat. In some scenarios there are more points of cover to stop you from running around during a fight and die trying to find cover. This has been improved upon and I never felt like I was at a disadvantage. All around with the inclusion of all the dlc from the trilogy this is the best way to experience the world of Mass Effect. The story the games tell, the characters you meet and grow attached to, the massive world with tons of lore that just sucks you in. I can personally say that these are the best games that I have ever played. I give the original trilogy a 10/10 so I have to give the remaster trilogy a 20/10 for the countless improvements and the fact that it is the definitive way to play the trilogy.
