The more you play this thing, the more you appreciate how polished StarCraft 2 and Warcraft 3 and even CnC 3 were. They are playable from the start.
I know it is in EA, since every single game on steam is gonna be in EA, and I'll change the review if they manage to polish the game to a playable level. But I highly doubt that.

Story and the puzzles are pretty forgettable but, I had a good time.
It deserves a thumbs up, but nothing more

Good: The art style, good playability.

Here's the rant.
This game didn't give me the same vibe when I was playing other games with a vague but deep lore, such as Limbo, Inside, Little Nightmares, Hollow Night, etc. To me, it's story feels like a bland settings drawn by a middleschooler, who is trying really hard to convince others to thinking that it has more depth to it. I failed to feel attached to the lore, and everything just happens for no reasons.
Puzzles are also forgettable. They're usually some basic puzzles mechanically stacked together without thinking or planning. It's like you've learned 1+1=2, then try 1+1+1+1. Except few occasions, I didn't think while I was playing this game, I just followed the instructions and everything is solved. It just feels underwhelming.
