I have a very low tolerance for games that make it hard just to play them after you buy them. I rarely ever drop a negative review but this game has compelled me to do so.

Controls are pathetic - I would give it a 1/10. Changing and rebinding them is also hard. What century is this person from?! who the heck uses the "G" key to activate rebind.
I even tried the 360 controller and it sucked on that too.

Combat is so bad, hack and slash my ass.
2/10 if at all, and I am being generous with the 2.

It's more like a shoot them if you can till you run out of bullets and try to hack them before they shoot you.

Nonsense uninstalled.

There was a lot of potential in this game had but the devs have killed it with their weird indie style controls and stuff.

I will gave it another 15 mins now its in the burnlog. Freaking shovel ware.

This is why games need a product manager and user insights and beta testing. Engineering teams need to grow up and get their heads out of their asses or they definitely just going to keep losing their jobs.

Indie RTS game - the graphics look like something from the 90s, almost like Rome Total War but inferior to that.

Gameplay is a bit weird. There is a massive cognitive overload. I think they need to hire some real good UI UX designers and build out their future games.

60 mins in - Game is slow, not sure if I can get stuck into it. Will revise my review if I do.
Not sold on it yet.

If you like comedy and parody then this is a good game.
Its a dungeon mining game and a bit of RTS - well not much of the strategy and lot more off the combat bit. Good time killer and a bit more casual than most games.

So I got this for 5 bucks with the whole bundle from fanatical. Dont pay 90 AUD (50ish USD) for this.
One hour in and I'm hooked. It feels like Civ 6, Humankind, Ancestors Legacy and a few others blended in.
The music is pretty chill. Its got the Nordic vibe to it almost making it feel like you are playing Northgard.

If you are into RTS and an old school gamer you probably will enjoy this.
I cant imagine that people actually would pay the asking price these nuts are thinking they will get for this type of game.
If its more than 10 bucks its not worth it. Just bundle buy it and buy it cheap.

Mixed feelings about this game. Story seems interesting enough to keep me playing. Gameplay is odd, battle is very odd almost feels like some type of pokemon battle game with the whole turn based aspect.

I am a big fan of turn based strategy games but this type of stuff just bores.
Would I recommend buying it - not at full price unless its deeply discounted which it normally is then ok.

There are better Yakuza games.

So to me games are supposed to be like "FUN".

You are supposed to reach the AHA moment when you start it and feel like wow great this is what I wanted from the first 30 mins.

For me this is far from it. It seems like a chore type of game. Yup thats the genre. Im sure there are folk out here who like playing chore like games.

I like some survival games like RAFT which are built to be fun. Indie and all but fun. This game didnt seem to get me in the first 30 mins.

I may give it another shot someday and invest more time or I may not bother and it can remain as shovel ware on my digital shelf.

If you like chore games with some indie type dev work this is cool. I dont want to turn it down as absolute rubbish because its not.

But its not a game for everyone.

They say dont judge a book by its cover. This applies to this game. It might look good on the cover but is painful to play.

Gameplay sucks - you die you die you die. You just die.

Delete and do not buy. Dont waste your bits and your bobs.

I played this for many years when it first came out. Bought it to relive my nostalgia and not disappointed. I believe they have deeply improved some dynamics of the game.

Overall a very good TW experience. This has to go against the best - Medieval 1/2 and Rome 1/2.
I prefer this over the newer TW games.

Yup. This game is as old as gold. I own this game on discs but couldnt help myself and get the bundle when it turned out to be so cheap. I intend to complete all the campaign maps again and put a few 100 hours into this thing.

I miss westwood.

Not much to do in this game. A bit silly considering the potential they could have built it out to be in a world this beautiful.

It looks like they spent a lot of time building some sort of mechanics to clean the world instead of focusing on combat, exploration and building the character out.

People say its chill - I didnt find it chill. More like a chore.
