Flaws: could probably run better, it can be buggy in certain maps, line of sight is a problem in that department, but the workshop has mods that help with knowing if you are going to have line of sight before moving, and other tactical helps, that just improve de experience

it can crash, so be sure to save a lot if you are not playing ironman mode, it doesnt happen much but it can be devastating. with mods this increases tenfold, so be really careful.
