This is a nice little HOG that I enjoyed playing.

Comparing it to other games of its ilk, I liked it a lot better because it was nicely drawn with clever animations, quite colorful and a cute story behind it. I'm hoping they come out with some more chapters.

If you get stuck on an item you can click on it and after 3 minutes it will lead you to the general area of the item.

In its present state, it is very short (2.5 hours for me) so I would definitely wait for a sale. It's a bit on the easy side so not a huge challenge but more of a pleasant divergence from more brain taxing games. Also a good game to play with a child for sure.

This was a really great puzzle/escape room game!

You must make your way through your Uncle's mansion solving puzzles of all types to escape each room.

Intriguing, though doable puzzles. Great graphics. A few minor bugs and control problems but nothing game breaking.

The only complaint I have is, that it was too short! Hope to see more from these developers!

This is a very fun game with multiple possible difficulties and endings. No real jump scares but very spooky, eerie, murky and slightly gory.

Your character must make his way through a haunted mansion discovering over 100 rooms. Lots of puzzles to figure out, items to find and potions to craft along the way.

It is slightly buggy but not game breaking and the developers are very responsive and active on the forum.

If you like mystery, puzzling, adventure and crafting you will love this game. It is very entertaining in every respect. I highly recommend this game.

I am not a huge fan of HOG's but I do play them from time to time in between a more favored genre.

I have to say this one was a lot more fun and challenging than the run-of-the-mill HOG. Artwork was great, games and HOS's were more challenging than usual and the story was less fantastical than a lot of them. I don't mind replaying to get all the achievements. One of the achievements was earning a "gold medal" (based on speed and accuracy) for all the HOS's in the extras menu, which was challenging and fun. I even learned a few things about Paris along the way.

I recommend this game.

You play as a young man who wakes up and presumably is having a dream or hallucinations. It is your goal to escape whatever environment you find yourself in. Each place you are in is very different and you use different mechanics in each one. There is one area where there is some platforming--not particularly difficult but somewhat confusing. The other areas are mostly finding clues or objects and figuring out what to do with them to lead you to the next area of game play.

It was a fun and different kind of game. Story line was interesting and engaging, albeit somewhat predictable. Voice acting was really good. It was a mite short. Shows me with nearly six hours but I had it on a pause a few times--probably more like no more than four.

In the end, I would recommend. Will look forward to seeing more games from Coal Valley Games.

This is nonograms kicked up a few extra notches! Love this game.

I admit, I almost gave up on it. I like to play nonograms and I'm really good at it but I was so confused with this at first. The "tutorial" does not do too much to explain the game. I was almost at the end of the tutorial (having solved some by accident and left others unfinished) when I finally got it. Once I got it, I was all in. I don't often buy a game full price (wait for a sale) but I didn't hesitate on this one. I'm sure I'll be getting my money's worth and it's definitely replayable.

So here's a couple of reasons I didn't get it. I don't consider them spoilers but will format it that way for those of you who want to figure it out for yourself.

1) You can rotate the whole puzzle.
2) The boxes at the lower left are just different ways you can choose to manipulate the game play.
3) If the number at the top and sides do NOT have a superscripted number, they are played all together; i.e., if you have a row of 5 voxels and there is a 4 at the side, you know that the 2nd, 3rd and 4th voxels should be colored in. Continue to work the puzzle to figure out what to do with the 1st and 5th voxel in the row. Should have been obvious to me since I play nonograms but I have never played a 3D version so it was confusing at first.
4) Skip Trivial in the top left corner means you can get rid of all the zero (0) voxels at once. If that option isn't available, it means there are no zeros in that puzzle.

Bonus, there's a cute little "scene" to create for each level. I highly recommend this game if you like to play nonograms and want an extra challenge.

This was a very fun and addicting puzzle/platformer with heavy emphasis on the puzzling. For those who steer away from platformers, no problem here--not even a handful of places where you need quickness and/or dexterity.

You make your way through a background of different "city" scenarios but the puzzles are all done on groups of "signs." Most of the puzzles are very challenging but also intuitive if you put your thinking cap on. The complexity of the puzzles and introduction of new mechanics ramp up nicely as you progress.

Very unique form of game playing and a nice twist in the game mechanics at the end. Definitely replayable.

Highly recommend this game!

I feel compelled to give this a good review. It's not going on my "Favorites" list but it was a new and interesting concept that was fun to play.

Someone mentioned it being Myst like but it really isn't. There are no puzzles to solve other than learning what to look at and where and when to move. Interesting story. Creepy but not particularly horrifying.

Was a nice hour's interlude.

I am only partially through the Campaign mode and have not started the "normal" modes as of yet. This is a fun and challenging twist on the Tetris game. The colors and graphics are beautiful.

My favorite part is there are no falling pieces and you can take your time (though there are timed boards). You can choose from two pieces which piece will be played next and you can "store" a piece to be used when you want it. There are varying shapes and sizes to the boards and some have quite different shapes of pieces than the original game.

I would definitely recommend this for a zen (but challenging at times) game.

You are home alone and have an aversion to answering the phone. But you can listen to voice mail. No more details b/c you need to figure it out for yourself.

Quick little game. Very suspenseful. Fun. Just get it, you'll love it.
