I used to watch with my mother programs like "Love it or List it" and "Proprety Brothers" and when I was playing The Sims I spent more time to design houses than living in them.

So when I saw this game I didn't think twice and buy it. And, there is my opinion:

- Variety THis is the real issue of this game. You have a limited amount of furniture, decorations, colors and, especially, houses. Ok, nice fixing suburb houses, but what about rowhouses? Loft? Apartments? For now, nothing.
Oh, and good luck to try to make a room with furniture with the same type of wood. Seriously, there is very few color options for furnitures and the ones present are sometimes awful.
- Installations Even there, one of the game cores, is limited. You can only repair socket and cannot move/remove them and you have just a couple of mountable devices per category (even less for showers and air conditioning), which make it a repetive chore (after few hours you will HATE radiators).
- Jobs You get jobs trough the mail which say, for example, "I want bright colors", you are like "ok, nice, I can choose which colo put". In reality, no. You have a list with every single color and item the client want, no freedom, reducing your job into "go to house X and put item A, B, C and D", making the jobs quite repetitive and similar to each other.
- No Structural modification Except for internal walls, you have no way to move/remove windows or modify the external layout of the house. Sure, isn't necessary, but at least let one decide the windows and entrance placement.
- Graphic, Animations and Models Graphic is nice, not exceptional but do its jobs. The lights have some odd effect (they work only if you are inside the room), for the rest... Ehhh.... Let's say it's basic, not bad but really basic. Animations get really weird in high-level skills since you look like a ******* ninja when putting plaster or tiles on the walls.

For now, I'm waiting the new DLC so I can finally sell flipped houses without a jungle-garden and I hope this DLC also add something for the interior.

So why buy it? Because I think it have potential, a lot of it.
Is relaxing, is in its overall nice, require a bit of graphic optimization but can be handled. I really hope they implement Steam Workshop for this game, so player can put their own furniture and decorations (or even houses) on the catalogue and expand it while the devopers can focus to bugfix. Those are just hopes, but who knows.
Of course, I suggest the game only if you like repair/mount stuff, decorating houses and putting furniture like in The SIms, if not, then is better search other types of games.

For now though, I suggest to buy it at least with 25% of discount, which is fairly reasonable.
