It might not be the most professional software out there, but It's the perfect software for an ordinary dumbass who just needs to do some editing. You can achieve high quality results without having to navigate through an unnecessarily complex user interface, it's pretty intuitive.
Many people just ♥♥♥♥ on Vegas stating that "it can do half the things you can do on Premiere" and bla bla bla, nevertheless, I've never seen those same people taking full advantage of those features. I don't care about pretending to be a professional, so this is the one I've been using for 10 years.
