Quite possibly the greatest hat simulator for P.C. as of right now, but the shooting elements feel tacked on and not as well polished as the hat simulating aspects of the game. Valve has also shown zero progress in fixing the game-breaking bug, where your steam funds slowly drain, and hats keep appearing in your inventory upon installing the game.

The shooting is sub-par, it is ladden with bugs, and the Community is terrible.
But the Hats look cool.
