Developers significantly improved quality of the game recently. And development pace sped up. Thumbs up!

so like, optimazation is bad? there is a settings window you know where you can turn everything down especially some of the "HD" effects like heat waves

Must be your CPU... I have the same GPU as you, but I have 8gb of DDR4 ram and a better cpu than yours (can't remember exactly what it is) but upgrade your CPU and you should be fine.
