Not sure what can be said about Stardew Valley that hasn't already been said! If you ever played Harvest Moon in the past you know the style of play: Farm, Mine, Fish, Build Relationships. But that would've been where I stopped if I reviewed it early on.
After over 250 hours in the game, I will say that Stardew Valley is the gold standard for it's genre. New updates have added multiplayer and kept the world fresh but cozy. There is an appeal for casual play and super efficient time managers, and the art and music style allows everyone to relax and have fun. There is plenty more good I could say, but if you need more hit up youtube for gameplay or just give it a shot!
