As a little boy, I spent hours and hours playing Heretic over and over. I have known every secret, every path and every enemy on all difficulties. And maaan when I saw this masterpiece coming, my wallet opened like SWAT kicking the doors.
This is REALLY a spiritual successor to Heretic. Game can be really challenging. I sometimes forgot to save the game, died, and had to go throught half a map again. That happens in game like this. But every single time, instead of rage, a was pleased, that I can play it one more time, this one better than before.
Also love the graphics. I love pixelart or at least pixelated textures. Mix 2D and 3D, and you get this. MASTERPIECE one more time.
