It's a pretty good game when you have a team that wants to work together and comunicate.

I don't know. I think it's a decent reimagining of the original Exile 2: Crystal Souls but it also somehow manages to lose much of the original charm. Spiderweb seems to be falling into a hole of mediocracy more and more each year. I feel like there isn't any polish on the games that the original Exile and Geneforge etc.. had. Is it a decent story, yes; gameplay mechanics work, yes; but there is just something here that is missing. I think Spiderweb themselves stated the reason in many a blog post. Jeff makes games to pay the bills, he hasn't made games because that's his passion for many years and I personally think that it has bled into his work. Therefore I can't recomend this game. Although for people that play and enjoy Spiderweb games I highly recommend playing the original games if you haven't had the opportunity to yet. The graphics are dated, cludgy mechanics, some flawed gameplay, but they have a charm that I don't seem to see in their games anymore.

Amazing Game. It has reached it's best possible version and form.

I need to rewrite this review because I don't think I stressed my original point strongly enough. THIS GAME HAS THE DEEPEST MOST PROVOCATIVE NARRATIVE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. No movie, novel, article or otherwise has ever produced such a touching tale. This cannot in good faith be classified as game because it is an in a category all on it's own; it's truly a unique experience. Take several hours out of your day to sit alone at your computer and feel humanity pull at you in all directions. Laugh and cry at the same time as as you witness writing with such skill told with fantastic polish. The humor and pacing can only support an already towering amount of pyschological value.

This is not an exaggeration. You need to buy this to experience it for yourself, then find all of the mini episodes to prepare yourself for the sequel. And I can't forget to mention the soundtrack. Just wow, what more can you possibly want?
