One of the best Metroidvanias of the last decade.

I'll make this quick:

Pros:
-Simple responsive controls, easy to learn, hard to master.
-Challenging and rewarding boss fights.
-Boss fights are generally inventive and make great use of exploiting the game's mechanics.
-Interesting and Large map
-Full of secrets (Some of the puzzles and secrets are 'La Mulana' levels of deep)
-Incredibly atmospheric; the feeling of isolation is real.
-Rewarding feeling upon completion of objectives/ or when discovering secrets.

Cons:
-Normal Difficulty is too difficult for a couple of my friends to progress through, I recommend easy for most people
-Some of the secrets in the game are hidden behind a wall with no indicators (I think having some indication is important)
-A few bosses feel cheap and boring (Not many)
-Backtracking can become a chore, I think adding one or two additional teleporters around the map would make this easier to handle

Despite the minor issues the game has, it is still one of my favorite metroidvanias of all time.

Overall: 9/10 I recommend to anyone who enjoys metroidvanias
