For Shadows of Forbidden Gods, there was a sick mod that gets you cultists but is super overpowered, wondering if you have the file on the fixed version you made.

I don't even know who you are, and the onyl guy ho parried me yesterday was when I invaded a gank and was completely non-hostile til they hit me, and I just R1 spammed so it'd be over with. If I blocked you it'd have to be I noticed you hacking in another invasion.

? i copied the sniper rifle aim and crit bonus mod areas for their mesh and texture thing. under x2item_defaultupgrades. Then i just replaced the gun identifier with the gun i wanted. like he assaultrifle_CV

no it, seems to make it purchasing the purgrade just purchases the normal weapon. the weapons themselves don't make you crash or anything. Trying to see if this happens to everyone.

no, I replaced all the static numbers with references to the config, I didn't realize that a ton of stuff in the config was there but not referenced. :P

yeah, i'm referencing their compressed version but i believe the SDK comes with the unreal content manager, with all the uncompressed versions.

I have a question, I 1 forgot that that long () thing was actually in the config file, 2 am wondering if you editing these after starting a game? can you try makign a new game and see if the values hold there?

@PyrZern, if you could honestly just find the default rifles and extend their barrels slightly, and then update the positional data for the "suppressor" attachments, that'd be a great start. The one that I really need a new model for would be the cannon which needs a single barrel for the conventional and mag varients.

@Walter, Clip and mobility are in the file but damage is not. since a number of people have been asking I'm considering making an update and adding them to the config file.

all the stuff in there is the stuff being used for the mod. Are you trying to edit the weapon's damage by adding additional values?

yeah, it's just a bunch of dissociated model files as far as I can tell.

I'm no programmer, I just make 3d models... But I never make mods, certainly not for XCOM2. Is it multiple modular models put together to make a weapon ? (like FO4 weapon crafting or something ?) If you can put a Sniper Barrel together with a Cannon's Grip and a Rifle's something something, then it would be modular models.

I have no idea, but it looks crazy, something like 20 models per weapon tier. I'm not a modeler, I don't know specifics just that there appears to be tons of tiny bits and pieces fitting together and if modeling does happen, look at the page linked on the mod provided to see what kind of weapons and mods are going to be made. that's models for each weapon, each tier of that weapon, each current mod for each tier of that weapon, and then later mods for he original weapons and the weapons that have been made. but this is what it look like that i had to plug in.

that's for one scope, on weapon tier. and I don't know what the formatting in, to answer your question. :P
