Fast paced and fun, with many game modes. I play it with my two kids coop against the AI. Definately worth the 5 Euros!

A few things to help you determine if you'd like the game:

Indie-Company
This game is made by a rather small indie-company. So everything might be a bit less polished and might take a bit longer to develop. On the other hand, this little indie-company does things no other company dares. Their communication is excellent. The CEO does AMA-Streams quite often and also communicates directly with the community in Discord-Textchat. You quickly notice that the developers are not only here for the money, but really pour their hearts into the game.

Full-Loot-PvP
This game is a full-fledged sandbox MMORPG with FULL-LOOT-PVP. That means other players can kill you and take all the stuff you got on your toon at the time of death. It's an important part of the game and will most likely never change. That doesn't mean that everyone is always out to kill you, but it WILL happen. It also sets the tone for every aspect of the game. Having said that, PvP is of course not the ONLY content in the game. Read on.

Sandbox
Like I wrote above, Mortal Online 2 is a sandbox. There are a LOT of things to do and only few restrictions. It is also quite unforgiving and has a steep learning curve. While there is a well made tutorial, you have to obtain a LOT of information about game-mechanics by asking others or searching the internet. There are also no real quests. Like in most sandboxes, you have to create your own content.

PvE
Many PvP-centric MMORPGs have no PvE or only a very basic form of PvE. Not so Mortal Online 2, where the PvE is quite engaging and the dungeons are really big, dangerous and - surprisingly - immersive.

Gathering and Crafting
The economy is mostly player driven and the crafting system is deep and very, very complex. You have to specialise in a craft - you can NOT craft everything alone, as progress is limited. Same with gathering. There are local auction houses where you can sell your stuff - or you can ride a pack horse and just be a traveling merchant.

Combat
The combat may seem slow and clunky at first - especially when you battle the zombies in the tutorial. But don't let that fool you. Out in the wild, the combat gets real tactical and fast-paced.

Other stuff
There's lots of other stuff in the game, but going into them would exceed this review. To name just a few features:
- taming system (you can have tamed animals fight for you)
- different magic schools
- housing
- mounted combat
- fishing

TLDR: If you like sandbox MMORPGs like Ultima Online, Star Wars Galaxies or EVE Online and accept or even like full loot PVP, you should try Mortal Online 2.

Ein sehr nettes kleines Spiel, welches mich an meine Kindheit mit dem Gameboy erinnert hat.
Sehr kurz, länger brauch es aber für den Preis auch nicht sein.

Fast paced, skill based combat with well balanced champions.

This is one of the most polished games I've played in years.
Everything is just spot-on: From the sounds, the music, the animations, the controls, the arenas, the balance. If you like quick PvP-battles, look no further.

On top of that, the games' monetarization is very fair. You pay a decent price once and never need to pay another dime again. You get more than enough chests (which are only filled with decorative stuff anyways) through playing the game.

I can only recommend this.
