Hello Din Gregu!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our developers have investigated and resolved this issue. You can now access the DLC after you have purchased it by selecting "Packs Promo" when you create a new game.

Ensure you are playing on version 2.6.1.130177 of Terraforming Mars, and everything should work correctly!
