So I have been playing on Kerbal Campaign Mode, where all your stuff you have to research. This means nothing but vanilla parts, and not all of those are available. As someone who has been playing with MechJeb, this was a splash of cold water to the face... then I discovered that even without MechJeb, I can land on Mun, Minmus, Eve, and even Duna - the last three I had not done even with MechJeb. Dealing with the limitation of Campaign Mode has allowed me to learn the game faster then I thought!
