Wait, I'm supposed to buy EndZone 2 to get a finished Endzone 1?

Decent clone of the Anno from the 90's but nuclear waste and urban exploration over ♥♥♥♥ to do on water/islands. Looks like you should wait for Endzone 2 to be done before you buy though.
