Gameplay is great and well nuanced. The stratagems (weapons, items, call down strikes) offer a good variety of combat and gameplay options. The combat is satisfying and fighting between the two (current) enemy factions is very different and really makes you think about your loadout. The progression system is good, and gives you something to work toward.

The game does suffer from some problems, such as connection issues and offering more variety when dealing with super heavy units, but hopefully these issues can be fixed in future updates.
