Interesting idea. I like the artstyle and theme alot, but this game has possibly the worst pathing in an rts I've ever tried. Even the flamethrower troops in the first command and conquer from the 90's are easier to control, and that says alot.
There's also a train on every map with tracks that seems to disrupt the pathing even more.

Since you don't have the option to change the pathing of these tracks. You are stuck with what you are given.

Great game with friends and solo. Good gunplay and easy on the system with minor faults for me personally.

The only negative's I can recite is having to restart the game twice to get to log in. Yesterday I had to wait 90 seconds to get throught the server queue.
It's not easy to get a quickplay game with others unless it's people on your friends list, but you can use the official discord for that like alot of other extraction shooters have. I'm sure Arrowhead studios will fix this in time.

I really want to like this game as they have captured the essence from the first movies, but I keep crashing on the garage mission where I have to recover a car for the mayor. Can't seem to leave the place either. Save your money until they find a fix for something as simple as this.

My computer is very good so the hardware is not the problem.

Terminator: Future Shock from 1996 was my very first fps game which I played on a friend's computer.
Even though it is old as hell it really captured the grim atmosphere of the post-apocalyptic world that Skynet had made.
Now fast forward to the present this game has captured a lot of that in even a better fashion thanks to where games are now compared to then. From the sounds, enemies and UI. The deeper you delve into the story in this one you'll notice alot of easter eggs and nods to the first two movies. Which makes this a great prequel to both of James Cameron's films. The game seems to only take those two as cannon which is fine with me as they have the best stories. Also your choices seem to matter alot when it comes to them.
The devs are def fans of the franchise and it is very much noticed how much care they've put into this, especially considering it had a small team and not a big budget.
A year after release, they gave a free mode where you can play as a T800 infiltrating several Resistance bases/camps on a big map. Fun mode which gives you that dark power fantasy of being a "evil" Terminator.

Now to the negatives. Although it is an fps game, the weapon handling could have been improved as it felt a bit too arcady at times.
The soundscape was good but could have had an even more grittier approach especially considering how dark and hopeless the environment felt like. Some of the voice actors did a good job but others had a very flat delivery so I just skipped most of what they said. The music was....pretty bad. I was hoping for a more industrial synth based soundtrack like the movies, but I understand how that's not where the main budget gets allocated. Luckily there's a mod which adds alot of the music from the first movies perfectly to every mission with great variety which improved it vastly.
It tries to be an rpg which it does decently on the skillsets where you spend your points, but the weapon modding seems a bit pointless since the base weapons are very easy to control without even using them.
Some of the characters you met had the... "Bethesda eyes" as I call them where the upper lids are peeled a bit too much back which makes them look like their in a constantly shocked mode. Luckily that was only a few compared to the rest.
The resource management/survival aspect felt very tedious at times. It was as if most maps were 30-40% bigger just for the purpose of picking up a bunch of stuff, which made it feel like a chore. At the end of the game I had so much ammo/upgrades/equipment that I could have gone 10 more missions without having to struggle at all, and yes I did play on the highest difficulty.
Game is also short, if I didn't loot every house I saw. I'd probably finish this in 8-9 hours.

TLDR; the game is worth it if you are a fan of the original two films and like the atmosphere. Although it feels a bit generic and a too short. It's worth to buy on a sale. All these factors combined I'll give it a 6/10.

Really fun the first 3 days. Then the cheaters arrived. I still played. As you see there's been alot of hours spent on this, but with the first patch being released which is so far from what the community have asked. I can't see the devs fixing the main problems in a long time. Originally I'd say this is worth 50-60% of it's current price. But now I would probably try it if it was 80-90% off. Steer away until it gets fixed.

Just finished this on console as it was free on the PS5 for some time, but nevertheless.
I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes either the latest entries of God of War or even the FromSoftware type of games. The story is slightly better than decent, but the voice acting is phenomenal and I feel it really adds more lore value to the SW universe. Can't wait for the next game to drop!

Fun to play as Predator, once you get how the movement/animations work then you'll be fine.
Fireteam was more fun to play than expected.
Bugs are very minimal.
The biggest downside this game has is some of the waiting times to fill up lobbies. Certain times it can take up to 5 minutes but most it takes between 2-4. Those few times the lobby isn't filled up enough you get bots. And their AI is terrible.

Other than that, buy it only if it is on sale. This game's playtime is worth a max of 15-20 euros ish

Terribly optimized and worse than BFV was on launch. Save your money and steer away. Too many bugs to list. Don't pay to get scammed.
