I had this issue a long long time ago with another game, and the end result was there were so many downloading the game, it had issues completing the download at 99%. The best advice I can give you, is to wait and try to be patient, this game is really popular right now.

yes judeah ive tried everything and it just says its stuck at 99% and then connection times out
