Phenomenal horror game. Despite being cheap it actually is a really good horror game. The game isn't particularly difficult or long, but even after beating it and managing to get all the achievements within' an hour in my first play through I already want more. With how simple the mazes are and how legs really pops out at you around corners makes you jump a ton. Dying never felt unfair and always made me feel like I could've done better. I highly recommend playing this game if you want a simple and fun to play maze based horror game where you're chased by a creature with no other reason to play other than just trying to survive. One last thing that really sold this game for me is the fact that the monster actually tries to hide from where your line of sight is, ambushing you or double-backing multiple times to mess with you.

THIS, is how remakes should be made. This did nothing but enhance the exact experience I got to receive all those years ago when I couldn't even open power node boxes cause I was afraid something would jump out at me. It sounds great, it looks great, Isaac feels like a real character and added small bits of content that makes the game feel just that much more charming. If you played Dead Space, you'll love Dead Space.

I already don't like the developers behind this game due to Poppy Playtime's shady history already and the fact they're making a multiplayer spinoff game before their actual game is even close to being finished.

The game is painfully buggy, textures fail to load even on ultra with a RTX 3060. Gameplay is quite boring real quickly and has little to no potential in being chased such as dead by daylight. The killer never instills any fear and bugs tend to make them painfully unfun to play or run against.

To make matters worse the game is peer-to-peer, meaning that a random player runs the server instead of official servers, leading to someone like little timmy hosting and causing the game to kick you out, or just be unplayable. I know I'm supposed to go easy on the game due to it being in early access, but this game is simply unfun and unplayable more times than not. Especially when the mommy killer goes invisible due to an animation glitch and causing you to die because the killer was simply not there on your screen. I couldn't even beat the tutorial twice due to bugs causing me to get stuck until I reset.

Oh but of course, the game already has a store and battle pass with a time limit because, y'know, gotta suck all that money out of your child fanbase as quickly as possible.

I didn't play this game much, but I watched a lot of youtube videos on it. Personally I feel unsatisfied. Something about the game made me think it was another cryptic cool-ass horror game about a cartoon demon, but almost every update and new chapter that came out with time just led me away. The community related easter-eggs were cool I guess but that's really it. Everything else sorta turned into some weird action feeling game where it goes from horror to an adventure game. The movement feels clunky and the graphics puts me off a little bit but are nice nonetheless. I wish less objectives were fetch quests too. I'm not sure if I can really say in exact words to what disappointed me, but I'd say give it a shot either way.
