Too thin and disappointing. What you have here is a bare bones game with all the systems that could make it great with no substance. You can only have one property you can manage. The jobs you get are always the same. The characters have no depth they don't do anything interesting or say new apart from the couple of lines they have. There isn't any interesting stuff to do or places to explore. Also the game is bit buggy in a very unfun way. I was expecting a "My Summer Car" like experience (since the inspirations are obvious) was disappointed.

I would be ashamed if I convinced my boss to open a new office for me in sunny Spain, then released this hot garbage.
Edit; new world still filled with bugs that they would have seen if they played the game at least once.

Completely and utterly broken in the most stupid ways. How can you not test new 3 main focuses of this DLC.

There is hundreds of ducats flowing into Papal Coffers every day. Papal states can only spend it's money on delaying the refomation, assigning cardinals (not done that much as this will give other people influence over them) or papal bulls (once in a lifetime). This means that you can just throw money at "investigate heresy" and keep the reform desire at 0. Each time you use this the reform desire gets a bonus for following events BUT you also get a bonus on reducing it. It's absolutely bonkers that it does not get out of hand. You can completely stop refomation ( and prevent age of refomation) not by a hard fought battle, a clever event chain etc but just by pressing a button constantly.

Similarly to the north, it's extremely easy to push reform after reform on Austria and unite HRE by 1500. It is absurd. The incidents do not fire, the ones that fire do not resolve.

Even the ask for money buttons in the peace deal screen are broken. It is absolutely mind numbingly stupid that paradox still can not do QA. Apparently they pay people to do it too. That means they are as careful with their money as us, they waste their money for "QA" that does not solve any of these glaring issues and we throw our money at these stupid untested DLC.

Last big thing in the dlc is estates, they made a big show about how "Estates were just 3 buttons you pressed every 20 years" and they wanted to change that. It is now 3 buttons you press every 5 years instead.

On top of all these, the expand empire CB which is a major change, does not work at all. Nothing happens if you enforce it on a peace deal apart from gaining aggressive expansion.

Can't wait to play my favorite game on my favorite remote PC rental servi.... ohhh nooooo.

Buggy piece of crap

closed it as soon as I saw the words "selfy-ing like the millenials we are" on the screen. But it was too late for this terrifying phrase compromised of a pixel font was already burned in my retinas.

A who done it that doesn't actually have a who. None of the plot threads and who did what are explained because game ends with the lamest thing they could do to end it. Controlling multiple characters is also really gimmicky and gets in the way more often than being used cleverly and being fun.

It's fairly average until the end and you might have fun if you like point and clicks but ultimately if I could talk to my past self I would say don't buy it.
