You're just plain straight ridiculous and claiming BS.
You might be a troller or just paid by someone, or just a fangirl, I have no idea, but I'll just say this anyway.
Have a look on Twitch, I repeat, just have a look on twitch, and literally just open a random stream, any stream, and see how it drops even down to 60 fps on overkill rigs during intense fights. No way you never dropped below 120 fps until that fight with your rig, we can all agree that your claim is just absurd.
My friend with a Ryzen 5800x and RTX 3090 dropped below 120 several times during intense fights and this is definitely not a rig issue.
Another friend is trying it right now on our rtmp server and it stutters like hell during intense fights. His rig is stronger than yours as well.
Every game, ranging from Mafia 3 and Mafia: Definitive Edition to games like Turbo Overkill and Prodeus, they never stutter and they run buttery smooth on all our rigs.
