It lags for me even though i can run fallout 4 at low graphics with no frame rate drops.Its super laggy WTF! It would be great if the lag wasnt so bad that the game is unplayable.

Because it is an OLD GAME. The hardware is too good. You need optimisation mods. Or do the modding yourself.
