The game update from CS:GO to CS2 was very rushed, the corners were extremely unpolished and there was a very short notice even for community servers to update their servers.

The lack of Arms Race, Demolition and Flying Scoutsman is a BIG turnoff because I had a giant cooldown (7 full days) due to recent match abandonment, not because I was griefing, the teammates I was matched up with were EXTREMELY toxic, the community on a lower level is one of the worse I've ever seen and there is nothing you can do about, then two guys go into my molotov after trolling around the whole match and I get kicked, I open feedback ticket about the cooldown and even send the match replay code, I receive no help, then I have to wait 7 full days, no extra game modes, only Deathmatch and Casual which only Deathmatch is fun to play. As stated before, community servers did not have time to adapt to this so they either do not work anymore or dont have anyone playing in them because you guys changed the Community Server system and I can't even connect to the majority of servers because "You were unable to connect to the server" errors.

I paid for this game and even spent some more coins on skins, I expected CS2 to be a GIANT update since CS:GO was launched in 2012 and you guys had A LOOOOOOOOOOT of time to make this work, instead this was a complete money grab, misleading advertisement, minimal effort update to the franchise.

I hope you also take out the promises of controlling griefing and cheating players out of your websites because I needed assistance, Steam/Valve gave me none and I also got no answer back.

This game is not worth it as it stands, the support is unheard of, the design improvements are good but minimal (they take many more resources than the visual improvement).

Gameplay is still the same but the sprays, latencies and controls still do not feel right. I get a much more wild spray than before when handling weapons, its really hard to handle sniper rifles when moving since the recoil takes a lot of time to reset after stopping/counter-straffing and then the latency is always giving me problems with freezes being constant.

If you are reading this as a User, you better spend your money somewhere else and get more fun with better mechanics, anticheats, support from the developers and a better community of players.
