A prettier and more stable version of Skyrim. Giants still send you, and NPCs, to space, so all is as it should be. All versions combined, I have over 6000 hours clocked and the game is still just as much fun as it always has been.

The Creation Club stuff is annoying, not to mention achievements being disabled if mods are detected -- but mods will, ironically, fix those problems.
