When you think of the transition from 2D to 3D whats the best example of it being done right? Zelda? Mario? Bubsy?

Risk of Rain perfectly encapsulates all that was beautiful and holy and throws another dimension into the fold, without losing any of its fun or charm. Even in Early Access the game feels like it has more value then most other games already released. The fact it's going to just keep getting updates is just a bonus at this point. If you have the money to spare and want a highly engrossing game that will keep you entertained for the rest of eternity, I'd go ahead and just buy this.
