okay i saw your post on the dishonored 2 patch notes, and i have a msi gtx 970 too. Short answer: Not enough for 100% consistent fps. i notice when doing the off guard kills on people the game can drop from 60 to 20-30. The game on its own also just fluctuates a lot.
