Game works once more left the review as it was to help those who may have the same issue.

I love this game played through the original campaign, bought the game at launch. It now crashes my computer after a loading screen. My computer restarts when i try and play this game. Just bought the DLC hadnt booted it up in months wanted to get into it. now I can't even play the game. Please fix this ID/ Bethesda I will recommend once the issues are fixed.

UPDATE: I fixed the issue by disconnecting my second monitor. I have two Gpu's one for actual games and stuff the other for extra display ports. I think that this second card is the issue in some way. so if you have the same issues as above try that. I will be buying the dlc and trying it out :D
