Every time I replay this game, every time I return to Inaba, it feels a little like returning home. Every time I finish it, every time I say goodbye to the cast, a little part of me stays behind.

That sounds dramatic, I know, trust me I know, but it's true. I've never played a game that has a cast quite like P4. The bonds between the members of the Investigation Team feel like genuine friendships. The beauty of P4 is that it makes you feel like they're your friends too. You grow to genuinely care for these characters, and want to spend as much time as you can with them before your time with them runs out.

The gameplay is your usual JRPG fare, the writing is sometimes questionable, but none of that matters. The reason you play this game is for the story and the cast (and the incredible soundtrack).

If you have any qualms at all, cast them aside. Buy this game and experience for yourself just how a sense of community and friendship can be conveyed in a piece of media.

Also, Rise best girl
