I've seen better car AI in the original GTA

Its like every road in this game is infested with traffic jams and drivers who probably bribed the license testing center.

First of all, you will always be blocked by a wall of cars coming out of the depot. In cases where you have to make a left turn to get to the bus terminal, cars will inch forward right up to you, making it impossible to make that turn without hitting a car. When you do manage to make that turn, cars will run you off the road, brake check you, cut you off, or just block an intersection for no good reason.
