Wanted the nostalgia of playing this a a kid, but the game doesn't even launch.

Less than 1 minute into my first game, after creating my character, as i was still on page 2 of the basic controls panel I was attacked by a group of black skeletons. My entire squad got decimated. Then they just ran away. Leaving one member conscious to heal the rest. Brutal. Once 3 of my character were standing again I could finally pick some things up from the starting area. Only for a blood spider to 1 hit everyone and eat my main character. I was powerless to do anything but watch, until it ran away and mauled a thrall master. I thought, ok, now its going to eat that guy instead but after killing that it came back to finish me off. This game is savagely brutal, even in the beginning.

One of the best looking games and can easily have its life and playability increased with mods

Pretty self explanatory

much more refined than the original game although not as well optimised and that causes quite severe stuttering. Dubbed Insurgency Stutterstorm
