absolutely mindblowing. this game is the first racing game i can genuinely just play for hours. the atmosphere is insane, the styling of the graphics is insane, and the gameplay is lightyears ahead of its competitors simply because of how it actually feels to street race illegally in japan. going fast actually feels fast now and i can't get enough of it. the customization is amazing as well, and once the full game releases we will get access to the engine swapping and front-end bumper swaps and much much more to increase how amazing customizing your car is.

i think my only peeve right now is that the AI doesn't quite obey the same rules as the player. they kinda have perfect navigation around every car that isn't you, and their speed doesn't match their car. the only ways to win a race is to either be ahead of them so you can stop them from over taking you (it sounds obvious but trust me, once they get ahead its so unfairly hard to overtake or keep speed with them because of how the AI is and how the physics affect them) or hope that they crash.
