I never knew how much I prefer the silent protagonist of the first game until I got to play this one. Like if there was a sound slider for your own voice I would absolutely kept it at 0%. Amount of woke writing is too much to handle. Navigating the world in this one is much more confusing than in the first game, I would say looking up where you need to go is unavoidable at times. Unfortunately, heat mechanic is only a mild annoyance and heat sources are way too plentiful to pose any challenge. I hated 10 hours I spent on the surface looking for something to progress the story. Also, what is the point of cliffhanger ending? It leaves a sour taste after doing so much work. Like show me a wall of text or something. I only care about it right now, and will forget about this 5 years from now when sequel is released(if there is one ever).
