Hearts of Iron IV is one of those games that consumes your time and takes a great amount of patience. However, it's simplistic nature allows it to be a game that isn't too hard to figure out. The constant uncertainties of what the AI will do plunges you into making decisions that will either be the rise or fall of your nation. This game is worth playing by yourself with many different ways of approaching WWII, but is even more enjoyable when you're conquering the world with a friend (whether you be a Democratic, Indepedent, Communist, or Fascist nation).
