Basically you take "The Texas Half-Pants" and make it where it covers everything but the pants as 'The Texas Full-Pants
I have made a custom medic cosmetic, and I have to rig the bones to fit the model. It seems that the trim of the cosmetic (the bottom part of the coat behind the legs) are all wonky and off-base.
