I would recommend this game to anybody looking for a different and unique MMO experience, however thats not to say it doesnt have faults, because it does. a lot of them.

To give credit where its due, the MO series is unable to compare to any other MMO in many ways. For one, it is a single instance world. you dont have region based servers or anything like that. it is simply you and everyone else online. This sometimes causes some issues with ping, as the servers are EU based, but as an NA player that has played this game while living in multiple time zones across the USA, I have rarely had a situation in which ping ruined the experience for me.
The game itself is beautiful being in UE5, with a vast open world to explore. Plenty of sights to see, of which truly are amazing in terms of graphics.
PvP mechanics are decent as well, albeit sometimes buggy. If you have ever played other directional combat fantasy games, such as M&B, etc it does function similarly, just dont expect your old skills to carry directly over. it is different still.
there are countless PvE enemies to fight and tame and dungeons to explore with friends. this game does not go off of a normal class based system for character creation, rather using allotted points to put into each skill you desire, leading to unlimited possible play styles.
This game is the second in the MO franchise, and many players, including myself, have been in the community for 10-15 years and more. Countless secrets and activities are gatekept, and new players often struggle in finding things to do, learning the ropes, and finding guilds to play with because of this. This game is entirely player-driven, meaning there are no quests, no tutorials, no NPCs to tell you where to go or how to look. Every single thing you see in this game and you learn to do was discovered by another player, likely years ago. Personally, this is one of my favorite parts of the game. It makes every choice, interaction, discovery, and lesson learned hold much more weight to it. It makes every single thing feel like an accomplishment in some way, because you know you had to find these things out for yourself, whether by your own trial and error, or by gaining the trust of somebody enough to teach you.

Star vault is notorious for, well, making questionable decisions in terms of development and road mapping. Not only this but the very player-driven game that i just glazed leads to lots of conflict in the playerbase. good luck traveling and not being killed for entering someone elses territory. This is not necessarily the fault of the game and devs, but rather shows the kind of playerbase that finds this game. It is absolutely brutal, and you will find yourself going from stacked, well off, with decent tier items, loot, pets, and houses, right back to ground zero very quickly with the wrong decision making. nothing is permanent, and at some point you will end up starting everything over from scratch.

The game is incredibly buggy and unfinished. if you want the Mortal experience with as much content as possible, your honestly better off playing Mortal Online 1, despite it being in arguably worst shape than MO2. This game just does not compare to the amount of content its predecessor held.

However, if you have been looking for something new, think ultima online, skyrim, M&B, and dark souls had an orgy and created a love child from it, than this is the game for you. Welcome, and stay away from Tindrem

Its alright. Only takes a few hours to beat though, and gets kind of old afterwards.
With that being said, as a player of the first game, the artwork in the sequel is exceptional. Voice acting is also amazing. I prolly wont play past 20 hours just to play through all difficulties, but its still a good thing to pick up if you enjoyed Huniepop or HunieCam Studio.

TLDR: THIS IS A REAL RPG. NOT A SLOW SCRIPTED FOLLOWTHROUGH WITH 2 PATHS. YOU MAKE LOTS OF DECISIONS, THERE IS LOTS OF TEXT. IF YOU DONT LIKE HEAVY RPGS, THIS ISNT FOR YOU.

I see a lot of reviews for this game talking about how they hate how heavy the dialogue is in this game. and they are right, there is a ton of dialogue, walking, making choices that relate to your character and playstyle.

I would like to point out that these are traits of REAL rpgs. there is a ton of dialogue and choice because you are not following a base script, you are getting to the end in the way YOU want. this is something i have only really seen in games like skyrim, and i love seeing it in a futuristic game.

CS:GO Review
its a good game to play in between newer competitive games when you get bored of an old one, however its easy to get frustrated at.
Its a good game, but i swear to GOD do NOT play competitive unless you have a mic. It ruins the experience for your teamates.

good tactical fps if you want something competitive, but not as rage inducing as counter strike.

To start, let me say this: mortal online is not a game for everyone. This is a game that will punish you for small things, and a game that will make you truly work HARD for what you want, especially as a f2p.

I have been playing since mid 2k15. It definitely took me a month or two to decide I liked the game, and it's taken me years to learn everything I should know about nave.

Before you continue reading, I recommend trying the game first, rather than taking others experiences as the best route.

Yes, many rumors about this game are true, such as a fairly unresponsive staff and a few *minor* bugs (a friend of mine crossed the bridge and ended up in belrim lol), and an extremely toxic empire known as RPK has ownership of ~70% of the map. However, these things often don't matter when you and your friends are genuinely having a blast killing giant grasshoppers.

Now for the subjective part of the review:
This game truly is wonderful, once you get around it's, uh, quirks. This is true open world freedom, there are no official restrictions, you can do as you wish. There are many guilds you can join in order to band together with others, dozens of character builds, and hundreds of hours of gameplay in the exploring alone, let alone dungeons, grinding, bosses, PvP, and crafting. This is the best game I have played, and I have decent amount if games on steam alone. Best of all, if you really know what your doing, p2p or a sub isn't even necessary.

Just download it and try, play a few hours. Don't let the pkers steer you away, there's always a way out of a situation in mortal online. Thanks for coming to my ted talk

This is more than a game, it is an artpiece. put it in the smithsonian, seriously.
of any game you could buy with 10 dollars, this should be the one, with no doubt. it combines a beautiful soundtrack with emotional, touching "gameplay", if you could call it that. its more of an interactive movie.
Out of all the 16 years ive been alive (i know, thats not alot) i have never been this touched by a piece of art, and i believe that everyone should experience it.
