I paid to play against other people who paid aswell, and who mind cheaters as much as I do, and to play without the thought of how easy it is to get back on track with a new account just to cheat against prime people.
Personally I think the prime thing is bs, game being free is bs, if valve wants to make something out of this, they should separate the people who pay to play and the ones who play for free, and REMOVE any transitions in between.
