Ive had a mostly positive experience after about 15 hours of playtime. I can average about 30fps with some settings tweaks with a 2060 and i59400f... I think 30 fps is certainly 'playable' for this type of game but the experience would be greatly enhanced if it was bumped up abit higher.
As far as gameplay goes... its just more cities skylines but with a bit of a better gameplay loop, road building and fancy visuals.
If you liked the first game, you'll undoubtedly like this. and 30fps for a city builder is certainly fine.
