[OPINION]
Undertale is great Indie game made by one guy. It has great writing that elevates the quality of the characters, beautiful music that has great little nods here and there to link some events of the story together (if you look for that type of stuff), and the story is satisfying for people that will replay the game once and multiple times.

It is my favourite game for the unique aspects that this game introduces. I cannot spoil them here, as it would ruin some of the shock value of these events, but they given me shivers with the methods that it was introduced into the story.

Overall, such a great game for the price. Cannot recommend it enough.
