Pros

Lots of action, enemy types, interesting NPCs and a decent story with open world mechanics. Great art style , sweet character costumes, gun skins, variety of guns, items, grenade mods and shield types. Vehicles available to drive around and for combat. Kudos for 2nd wind system.

Cons
---------
FPS drops below 60 in firefights despite having a good machine, although my friends do not face this issue.
An Enhanced edition would be appreciated.
Gun spread patterns are unpredictable.
GOTY doesn't include all DLC...i'm not sure if season pass does either.
