You can either create a new report, or upvote and contribute to an existing report.

In reference to cheaters, to report a player that you think may be cheating, please submit a Cheater Report[support.ubi.com] through our support portal. Be sure to include their Username, Time of Occurrence, and as much information as possible about what happened. If you have any screenshots or videos, you can upload them to your report.
