how'd you rip the model of dude from postal 1? i can't find anything about it online

i hate to ask but, can you help me with my Postal 1 dude (P2 Styled) mutator? i'm really stressing over it because this is my first Postal 2 mod and i really don't know how to port models. i know how to import textures for the mutator in POSTed but i don't know how to port the model. the only tutorial i could find was making texture mutators. there is no tutorial on how to port models to Postal 2.
