Team play, recoil control, economy, etc. However, the community can sometimes be very toxic and all around nasty but don't let that scare you away, there are also great people. Matchmaking can be a hit or miss depending on your trust factor and if you have a prime account. If you have bad trust factor and/or non-prime I wish you the best because you will face the most toxic people and/or cheaters.
