First he adds you and tells you that he wants to trade his expensive items for your cheaps items then he'll you up and accept but not all the way cause he's gonna go offline then online back then he will tell you that he's gonna steam offer you. And as you see if someone steam offers you the one who asked you was the his items first then yours in one column. You're gonna see here in my screenshot.
