On January 10th, 2018 , a search warrant was served to my home and I was arrested and charged with 10 different felonies and a misdemeanor. My electronics, including my desktop computer and cell phone, are currently in government custody as part of an on-going investigation.

On January 20th, 2018 , the government put a hold on all of my finances, including my bank accounts.

On January 31st, 2018 , my probation officer told me he was issuing a warrant for my arrest for violation of probation (it is a violation of probation to receive any new charge, whether innocent or guilty, but I'm guilty as ♥♥♥♥), and to turn myself in immediately. I plan to do so right after I finish writing this.

On August 18th, 2018 , I was sentenced to 15 years probation, with 4 years to serve in custody to be suspended upon successful completion of a 12 month inpatient rehab program. So, basically I have 15 years of probation, I have to remain in rehab for 12 months, and if I use drugs or get arrested, I'll have to serve 4 years in prison. Then I had to wait to be accepted to a rehab program and be released.

On August 24th, 2018 , I was released to the custody of a 12 month rehab program, that needs to be completed as a part of my probation sentence.

On January 19th, 2019 , I was involved in a near-fatal car accident, and was in an induced coma for 2 weeks. I broke my left femur, bones in both of my feet, and also fractured my jaw, and cracked several ribs. I also received minor (and, luckily, temporary) brain damage. Probation has granted me a hiatus from the rehab program until my recovery in and out of the hospital is complete (and until I'm off the prescription opiates).

On February 29th, 2019 , I was discharged from the hospital to continue my recovery at home. My mouth was wired shut, and I was also (obviously) confined to a wheelchair. The wiring in my mouth was set to be removed on March 8th, and they expected me to move to crutches in around ~3-5 months.

On September 28th, 2019 , I was cleared for work and re-entered into the rehab program to complete my remaining ~5 months of my 12 month mandatory program completion.

On December 29th, 2019 , I was arrested concerning a domestic dispute with some of my friends and my girlfriend while I was getting drunk on a weekend pass from the rehab facility. The rehab kicked me out that next day (getting arrested is automatic grounds for dismissal from the program), and I bonded out of jail the next day.

On January 13th, 2020 , I am made aware of the inevitable arrest warrant for "probation violation", (the violation being getting arrested and kicked out of rehab).

On March 17th, 2020 , I am going to my first arraignment to enter a not-guilty plea regarding my new charges. I will likely be arrested at the court-house for my probation violation, as I am sure they are aware of my current warrant. I expect my probation officer to make me serve anywhere from 14-180 days before releasing me and letting me restart my rehab program.

On March 12th, 2020 , they informed me all court would be postponed due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), so I get to stay on the run for another couple weeks haha. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiots.
