i ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fixed it. piece of ♥♥♥♥ windows didnt delete or remove what it said it removed ffs so thats why it was always running in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ background and caused me to not be able to install the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing anywhere because it was already in its directory where it was trying to install it♥♥♥♥ingself so i deleted it manually then the install worked and after that the update worked so it should all be good to go although i just remembered i think now i have to reupdate l4d ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ christ ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥
