故事是这样的，我玩这个号很久了，用锤子宏刷怪。然而突然有一天，一个叫Redd的GM把我封了，理由是我用宏。 然而，在我偷偷混进他的私人游戏时，我发现他也在用宏。 他身为一个GM又该受到什么样的惩罚呢？ 不仅如此，在我朋友和他用仙剑宏的游戏时，他还在公屏打出了“free Hongkong”并将我朋友踢出房间以及踢出战队，请问这样下作的GM是否该由你们NEXON 北美分公司进行处罚和教育呢？ 这样的双标政策在Nexon公司很常出现吗？ He said "free hongkong". Game is just game，no politic, no racism. If you even don't have these qualities, then you should be opposite to all the players.
我有Redd用宏作弊的原文件证据，但我的力量很薄弱，我甚至连一台能剪出流畅视频的电脑都没有。希望更多的中国人看到和支持。我希望这个叫Redd的GM能得到相应的处罚！
My account was banned by GM Redd few months ago as a reason of using macro. However, when my friend joined his game. he found that Redd was using sword macro on  boss. Sooner, my friend was kicked unnormally because he was disconnected but not by the kick vote. Even worse, he was soon kicked by clam. Meanwhile, GM Redd typed " Free Honglong in the chat board to my friend. Because GM Redd was scary of we recorded his macro game. Later, I infiltrated his game and spotted Redd using macro on the boss too and this time, I recorded.  I have questions for Nexon. First of all, do you allow two different standers to normal players and GM to cheat in the same game?  Secondly, do you allow your staffs to announce his own politic opinion in the game? Especially those sensitive topic we try to avoid? Nexon NA, you might ignore me because it's true that my strength is too weak to shack you. However, I am already prepared to have a long fight with you guys. I am not sure if Korean company will deal with this thing, but I just want to try and see. We Chinese will never surrender to unfair policy and your ignorance. Let's see what will happen in the future.
